No, the PROSTIGE card doesn’t have an expiration. However, earned points are only valid for use before the end of January of the following year.
No. Members, whose membership accounts are active, may redeem their accumulated Prostige Rewards Points in exchange for goods. These points cannot be exchanged for cash.

No. PROSTIGE points are not transferable in any case. It is only for the use of the Card Member who must present his/her card in any transactions. Over-the-phone and walk-in transactions are subject to verification.
The Membership Card is not transferable in any circumstance and is valid for use only by the Member who must present it when conducting any transaction. The Member may not use this Card to earn points from transactions of other customers.

Points earned are automatically convertible to equivalent peso value and may be redeemed after fourteen (14) working days.
To redeem points, a Card Member must present his/her card in any transactions. Over-the-phone and walk-in transactions are subject to verification.
Lost or damaged card must be reported immediately and may be replaced by submitting a completely filled-out Application Form & payment of the Replacement Fee. Any points validly earned using the lost or damaged card shall be transferred to the new card.
